You retain ownership of playlists and content you create. By creating public playlists, you grant other users permission to view and follow them. You are responsible for content you post.
Music playback uses YouTube embeds. Your use of YouTube is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for YouTube content or availability.
You agree not to: violate any laws, infringe on rights, post harmful or inappropriate content, attempt to hack or disrupt our service, or use automated tools without permission.
Moodifyr and its content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Moodifyr is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or available at all times.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms. You can delete your account anytime through Settings.
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved in appropriate jurisdiction.
